Fully function-ale double rice I.P.A. On the front end, using rice as a fermentable lightens the body of this big beer while allowing an irresponsible amount of high alpha dry hops in secondary fermentation to shine. Finishing with Thai basil in the serving tank gives exotic notes of basil and subtle licorice on the back end.
